MARSEILLE, France. June 21 (PSN) – Adam Nawalka intends to make some changes in the starting eleven for Poland in their final UEFA EURO 2016 group match.
Poland play the eliminated Ukraine in Marseille on Tuesday.
These changes arose due to the fact that five Poles are threatened with possible suspension in the post-group stage round.
According to Polish news outlet “Przegląd Sportowy”, these changes for Tuesday’s match are as follows: Thiago Cionek for Lukasz Piszczek (right back), Piotr Zielinski for Krzysztof Maczynski (central defensive midfield), and Bartosz Kapustka for Kamil Grosicki (left wing).
Poland boss Nawalka has stressed to the press on Monday that he intends to win this game and guarantee Poland advancement to the post-group stage.
